Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Every part is printed to order. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.

We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.

Carriers

We ship via USPS. Estimated transit time after shipment is 2–5 business days depending on your location. Total delivery time is typically 5–10 business days from order placement.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipment notification is sent.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@telocast.com with your order number. We will investigate and make it right.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the buyer.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
