Fit Guarantee & Returns
Every part we sell is guaranteed to fit the specific models listed on the product page. If a part doesn't fit your unit as described, we will reprint it at no charge. No return shipping required.
To use the fit guarantee, contact us at support@telocast.com with your order number and a description of the fit issue. We'll make it right.
Returns
Because each part is printed to order, we do not accept returns for reasons other than fit issues. If you ordered the wrong part for your machine, contact us and we'll work with you on a solution.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@telocast.com immediately with a photo. We'll reprint and reship at no charge.
Refunds
Refunds are issued in cases where we are unable to produce a correct-fitting part after two reprint attempts. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
