How it works
The part arrives and does not fit your unit. The bore is off, the mount points are wrong, or the dimensions do not match your specific model variant.
Email support@telocast.com with a photo of the part and the machine it needs to fit. Tell us what is off. A sentence is enough.
We adjust the model, reprint the part, and ship the replacement. No charge for the reprint or the shipping.
